The method
One model can be sure and wrong.
So Biscotti asks ten, keeps them apart, and then makes them read each other. The report is what is left standing after that.
- 1
The web first
For an idea or a brainstorm, the web is searched before anyone answers: who already does this, the demand and its numbers, what hurt the ones before.
- 2
Ten models, each alone
Ten models from nine labs read your work with that research in hand. None of them sees what the others wrote.
- 3
The second reading
Then the models read each other and answer again. Each one says who is wrong, why, and what nobody said. Scores move, and the report shows how.
- 4
Specialists
For an idea, three specialists write the first 30 days, the money and the build. For code, three hunters look for what the panel missed.
- 5
Proof, where it can be shown
For code, a script tries to reproduce each finding in a sealed box with no network. The report says which ones it reproduced and which it could not.
- 6
An editor checks the claims
Before an idea review leaves, an editor compares each claim with its source. What a source does not support is corrected.
