What this is

Waffles is a coin on Solana, a set of programs that cannot be changed, a gateway that sells access to AI models for SUGAR, and AI helpers that work for the coin. The team runs the site and the gateway. The programs run themselves.

SUGAR

• SUGAR is access to AI on the Waffles gateway. 1 SUGAR pays for 1 dollar of AI at the models' prices.
• It is not an investment, not a security and not a currency. It cannot be redeemed for cash from the team. Nobody promises it a price.
• Activating SUGAR burns the token and credits a key on the gateway. It cannot be undone. The balance on a key is not transferable and has no cash value.
• The gateway may stop serving a model, change its prices when the provider does, or close for maintenance. The balance stays and is served when it reopens.

The coin and the programs

$waffles trades on an open pool. Its price is set by the market and promised by nobody. Staking earns SUGAR only from the tax of actual trades; a quiet market pays nothing. The programs are published; you are responsible for reading what you interact with and for the transactions you sign. Network fees are yours. A transaction the chain refuses costs its fee and nothing else.

The team can stop the program, stop the staking in an emergency and pick the helpers, and has no other power. It cannot move your coins or your SUGAR.

The gateway and your key

• A key is yours to use and to keep secret. What is spent with it is spent. Replace your keys in the app if one leaked.
• Use the gateway lawfully and within the policies of the model providers. Requests that break them can be refused and a key that keeps breaking them can be closed; its balance is then refunded in SUGAR to the wallet that made it.
• The answers of a model are the model's. The team does not check them and is not responsible for what you do with them.

The shop, the Studio and Biscotti

• What is sold is made to your words by AI, at the price shown when you order, in USDC over x402. What you buy is yours to use; the waffles keep their look and their voice.
• A review, a brainstorm or a check is the panel's opinion. It is not an audit, not a certificate and not legal or financial advice. There is no badge and no promise.
• Nothing adult, hateful or violent, no real people, no price talk and no promises of returns. A request like that is refused before any payment.
• A paid order that cannot be made is refunded by hand by the owner, to the wallet that paid. A website is only read with plain requests, and only once you have proven it is yours.

The Bakery and the bounties

• A baked waffle is paid from a grant on your SUGAR, up to the daily cap you set. You can change the cap or retire it at any time. Its work is public on the shelf. The team can retire a waffle that breaks these rules.
• A bounty is paid in SUGAR, once, to the first good answer, unless the card says otherwise. The work must be yours. The owner's decision is final.

No warranty

The site, the gateway and the programs are provided as they are. The team does not warrant that they are free of errors or always available, and is not liable for a loss that comes from using them, from a bug, from a fork of the chain, from a wallet, or from a price. Where a law does not allow this limit, the team's liability is limited to what you paid the gateway in the last month.

Changes
